free

This year our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held during our Annual Congress which will be held at Harper Adams University from 14th – 16th May and is kindly supported by Harper Adams University, The Institution of Engineering and Technology and The Institution of Agricultural Engineers.
You do not need to book to attend the AGM, but if you would like to attend Congress you can book your place by following the link https://stage.epc.acw2.website/events/epc-annual-congress-2018/. As an Institutional Member of the EPC, it is important that you send at least one representative to the Annual General Meeting if possible and your university is entitled to nominate up to three Council members to attend and vote at the AGM. Of course, all individual EPC members are very welcome to attend.
The agenda and papers for the AGM can be downloaded here.
The AGM will be held on 15th May, starting at 16.30, just after the main plenary sessions of the day and just before the open lecture and Congress Dinner.
Among other business, the AGM will elect the new EPC President-Elect. For further details about the election, see the formal notice of the AGM which can be downloaded here.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on the 15th May. For travel details to Harper Adams University, please see here.
